This package is perfect for podcast hosts who are ready to delegate the editing, publishing, and sharing of their podcast, without committing to a full-service package. Billed monthly and cancellable anytime. After cancellation, we finish out the current month and part ways.

PAYMENT

Payment is due upon execution of this agreement and will be auto-billed monthly on the same calendar day.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

By signing this agreement, Client is entering into a legally binding contract with the Company according to the following terms and conditions:

COMPANY'S SERVICES

Upon execution of this Agreement (electronically, verbally, written, or otherwise), the Company agrees to render podcast management services (the “Service”). These services are described on the Company's website under the Podcast Management – Light Package and may include:

-4 Episodes a Month (30 minute episodes)

-Video/Audio Editing

-Two short-form videos for each episode

The scope of services is limited to those listed above unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

COMPENSATION

Client agrees to the monthly payment schedule via automatic billing. A 5% late fee will apply to all past-due balances.

REFUNDS

All fees paid are non-refundable. Upon execution of this agreement, Client is responsible for the full monthly fee.

CANCELLATION

Client may cancel anytime via written notice. Company will complete services for the current paid month and cease billing thereafter.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Client releases Company from all claims or damages arising from participation in the Service. Client accepts all risks and acknowledges that Company is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the Service.

DISCLAIMER OF GUARANTEE

Client understands and agrees that results are not guaranteed. The Company makes no promises regarding audience growth, engagement, or other metrics.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Company agrees to maintain confidentiality around Client’s business affairs and any sensitive information disclosed during the term of this agreement.

OTHER TERMS

By signing below, the Parties agree that this Agreement is binding upon all parties involved. An emailed or electronically signed copy of this Agreement is valid as an original.
